Financing for Succession
The Capital Fund for Business Succession
was created by the Government of Canada, through Canada Economic Development (CED), to support a purchaser who has obtained an investment proposal from a recognized venture capital firm but does not have sufficient equity to complete the financial package required.
With the objective of helping businesses and their decision-making centres remain in the regions where they are located, this Fund targets small to medium-sized businesses located in the Memphrémagog MRC, the region serviced by the Centre d'Aide aux Entreprises Memphrémagog inc.
